ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner by considering his representation dated 17.06.2023 in accordance with law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the private respondent, a case in Crime No.232 of 2023 was registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii), 441, 427 and 379 of IPC on 13.06.2023 itself and investigation is pending. The dispute arose between the parties over the purchase of land.
3. Since the investigation is underway in Crime No.232 of 2023, if any trouble arises in future, the petitioner can approach the second respondent. The second respondent may conduct enquiry and act accordingly.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
