ORDER

The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2019 filed by the respondent, for divorce, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar, to the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram. 2.The ground on which the transfer has been sought for, is the distance between Virudhunagar and Ramanathapuram and the fact that the petitioner cannot be made to travel long distance to attend the Court. The respondent husband is working as a Chief Ticket Examiner in Southern Railways. The proceedings are pending before the Sub Court, Virudhunagar and it is not necessary for the parties to attend each and every hearing. It would suffice, if the parties appear before the Court for adducing evidence. 3.

Therefore, the contention of the petitioner that she has to travel for every hearing is totally unfounded. In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed with a direction that when the petitioner comes to adduce evidence for chief examination, the respondent husband shall conclude his cross examination on the very same day. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
