After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of, recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents to the effect that if the petitioner produces appropriate documents before the fourth respondent, the fourth respondent would consider the same and pass appropriate orders. Writ Petition (MD) No.16748 of 2019 submit a fresh representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with all relevant records for the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders.
