The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the respondents 2 & 3 to pay the amount claimed by the petitioner through ECS in the petitioner's salary Account, IFS Code, SBIN0000791, Bank Code 791, in SBI A/c No.11198541486, Nilakkottai Branch including Rs.2,73,646 retained by the third respondent.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has been complied with and hence, he wants to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
