ORDER

This petition is filed seeking police protection, on the basis of the representation dated 31.08.2021.

2.Even though due to the non appearance of the petitioner on the previous hearing, the matter has been listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', today the learned counsel for the petitioner has appeared before this Court through video conferencing and submitted that even though the representation that has been made by this petitioner has been closed on 18.09.2021, still the threat exist.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that enquiry was undertaken in proceedings No.G3/524/SP/SDON/2021 and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared and gave a statement to the effect that in respect of his employment issue, the matter is pending before the Court and he will workout his remedy in the pending proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13435 of 2021 4.Based upon the undertaking given by the petitioner, the complaint was closed finding that there is no such threat or harassment made by the private respondents herein. It appears that in respect of the employment issue, the dispute is arising between them and except that, there is no life threat at the instance of the private respondents herein to the petitioner. I find no merit in this petition for granting police protection. 5.The complaint has been rightly closed by the Enquiry Officer and also placing on record the closure report, this petition stands dismissed.
