To set aside the Judgment and decree dated 06.10.2021 passed in M.C.O.P.No.44 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Additional District and Sessions Judge), Srivilliputtur. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUDALAIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.THIRUNAVUKKARASU, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, while admitting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of Stay on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall deposit 50 % of the award amount with proportionate interests and costs, awarded in M.C.O.P.No.
44 of 2019, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal -Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur, within a period of four weeks from the date of this order, after deducting the amount already deposited by him, to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.44 of 2019, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur, failing which, stay granted shall stand automatically dismissed.
