Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JAYARAMACHANDRAN A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.THANGA ARAVINDH.B, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2894 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.127 of 2019, dated 19.07.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

once in a month at 10.30 am.,. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
