ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent dated 27.05.2025, whereby Shop No.19, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, was allotted to one Balakrishnan. The petitioner has also sought a consequential direction restraining the respondents from in any manner interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the hotel business run under the name and style of "Sri Amman Chettinad Mess" in Shop Nos.19 and 20 situated at Ka. Paramathi, Paramathi Pugalur Taluk, Karur District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has been allotted both the shops in question. Therefore, the grievance raised in the writ petition no longer survives and nothing remains for further adjudication. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Court is of the view that the writ petition has become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
