ORDER

The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.155 of 2025 on the file of the third respondent Police, has approached this Court seeking transfer of investigation in Cr.No.155 of 2025 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the fourth respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the victim in the accident. However, a case has been registered as against him. Therefore, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation.

3.This Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation on this ground. However, this Court directs the Deputy Superintendent of 2/4

Police, Poikaipatti, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District to monitor the investigation in Cr.No.155 of 2025. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
