2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.
