ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to appoint him as Haqdhar in the place of deceased Venkusamy, by considering his representation dated 03.05.2023.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, based on written instructions, submits that the Haqdhar post is a hereditary post and it has already been filled up by the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
