ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.50 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 147,294(b), 380(NP), 427, 448 and 506(i) IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner is having four previous cases in his credit.
3. Considering the nature of offence, antecedent of the petitioner and also considering that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
