The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.817 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.817 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
