ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar to dispose of the case in J.C.No.22 of 2015, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, while he was a minor, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in crime No.212 of 2011 has been registered against the petitioner and one another, under Sections 454,380 of IPC and charge sheet has also been filed in J.C.No.22 of 2015, before the Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case has been registered in the year 2015, there is no progress till date. At the time of the alleged incident, the petitioner was aged about 13 years. Now, he is 21 years. Now he is trying for Government job.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that there is no material except the confession of the co-accused and he is having merits for acquittal from the case. Hence, the the learned counsel for the petitioner would pray to direct the learned Judge of Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar to dispose the case in J.C.No.22 of 2015, at the earliest.

Crl.O.P(MD).No.13379 of 2020 official respondents, on instructions, would state that the next date of hearing is 01.12.2020 and pray three months time to dispose of the case in JC.No.22 of 2015.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), the learned Judge of Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar is directed to dispose of the case in JC.No.22 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without any further delay.
5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
