This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned I Additional Sub Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to expedite the trial in S.C.No.248 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the matter was taken on file in the year 2018 in S.C.No.248 of 2018 by the learned I Additional Sub Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, so far the trial has not been commenced. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the matter was posted on 06.09.2019, for framing charges.

4. Considering the fact that the matter is posted for framing charges on 06.09.2019, the learned I Additional Sub Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, is directed to frame charges in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.C.No.248 of 2018, proceed with the trial and complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
