2.Today(18.06.2025), when this writ petition is taken up for admission, Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for R1 & R2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for R3. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submits that the survey for the petitioner's land has already been completed.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
