[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul, dated 24.03.2023, passed in Cr.M.P.No.1910 of 2023, under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. Mr.R.Pandivel, learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank, would submit that the secured asset has already been sold and possession has also been taken by the respondent - Bank.

3. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [R.S.M., J.] [L.V.G., J.] 27.06.2023 NCC :
