Respondents PRAYER : Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records from the 3rd respondent in P.D.No.29/2021, dated 25.08.2021 by setting aside the said order of detention passed by the 3rd respondent and setting the detenue Kalainger S/o.Marimuthu, aged 41 years, at liberty, now detained in the Central Prison, Palayamkottai.

(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that now, after filing this Habeas Corpus Petition, the Advisory Board has revoked the Detention Order.
