ORDER

This civil revision petition is directed against the order dated 10.09.2018 made in I.A No.50 of 2018 in CP No.135 of 1992 on the file of the Labour Court, Tirunelveli. The said I.A has been taken out for directing the respondents to produce certain documents. The court below noted that the CP was instituted way https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

back in the year 1992 and a direction has been given for its speedy disposal by this Court.

2.More than anything else, as rightly pointed out by Thiru.Sathish kumar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.Arivuchandran, the learned Standing Counsel, the revision petitioner filed I.A No.42 of 2018 for re-opening the case and for adducing further evidence. The said I.A was dismissed on 06.08.2018. Admittedly, the said order has not been questioned till date.

3.When the revision petitioner's application for re-opening the case was negatived, the question of filing I.A No.50 of 2018 will simply not arise. The said I.A is intrinsically not maintainable. I find no reason to interfere with the order passed by the court below.

4.This civil revision petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-III) // True Copy // Sub Assistant Registrar(CS-IV) To The IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli (Labour Court), Tirunelveli.
