ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to forthwith restore the agricultural electricity connection in SC.No. 629 of the petitioner's land property which is situated in Survey No. 377/9B and 377/6B, which is situated at Paruvakudi Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District, based on petitioner's representations, dated 10.02.2025, 04.06.2025.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on the other hand, would submit that the respondents have not disconnected the power connection. However, it is submitted that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and neighbour, who may have disconnected the power connection in the petitioner's 2/5

agricultural property.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would, however, submit that the petitioner's representations dated 10.02.2025 and 04.06.2025 will be considered and disposed of within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
