To call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Cr.M.P.No.1861 of 2020 vide order dated 03.11.2020 and set aside the same and consequently, direct the above said the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur to return the petitioner vehicle 1035D1 Massey Ferguson Tractor bearing its Registration Number TN 49 E 3349 and along Trailer bearing its Registration Number TN 67 M 3980 kept in the custody of the above said Principal District and Sessions Court in connection with the case in Crime No.158 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police. CRL MP(MD) No.9699 of 2023 This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 389 days in filing the above revision.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Women Advocate's Association attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
