Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent the 2nd respondent to levy property tax for the petitioner's 1/9 share (75 sq. ft.) in total extent of 650 sq. ft. situated in Palani Town in T.S. No. 771 Ward No. 28 Block No.12 which is 5th site bearing Patta No.13 and Old Door No.221 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2016. The petitioner has submitted a representation to the second respondent, claiming that the petitioner has 1/9 share in the property in question, which is supported by the decree granted in O.S.No.53 of 1997. In addition to that, several proceedings are referred to, by which, the petitioner also claims that the tax assessment should be made in the name of the petitioner. 2.The learned Standing counsel for the second respondent submitted that the documents which are referred to in the representation were not produced before the respondents and that was the difficulty for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders. 3.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to produce copy of the documents that are described as item Nos.1 to 7 in the representation dated 06.06.2016 and on production of such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

documents, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on the representation dated 06.06.2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
