Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14190 of 2018, dated 10.08.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 17.08.2018 without any deviation.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14190 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
