ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(i) and 302 I.P.C in Crime No.89 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the occurrence took place on 21.09.2018. There are totally four persons, viz., A1 to A4 went to the defacto complainant's house and they were made quarrel with the defacto complainant and the deceased. The first accused assaulted the deceased with wooden log. Therefore, the deceased died. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the first and second accused are sons of the deceased and the third and fourth accused are daughters-in-law of the deceased. Insofar as the petitioner is concerned, there was a wordy quarrel between them and there is no intention to kill the deceased. Further, he contended that as far as the petitioner is concerned, there is no specific overtact as against her and she has nothing to do with the crime. 4.It is seen from the first information report that all the allegations are against the accused, viz., two sons and two daughters-in-law and there was a wordy quarrel between them due to property dispute.
