This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 51 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent to third respondent or any other competent investigation Agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that that already investigation has been completed and further action was dropped and the petitioner also filed protest petition.
