ORDER

This petition is filed to cancel the bail granted to the respondent/sole-accused in Crl.R.C.(MD).No. 187 of 2026 and Crl.M.P. (MD) No. 2151 of 2026 dated 02.02.2026 passed by this Court.

2. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) submitted that the bail granted to the petitioner is to be cancelled, since the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD).No. 187 of 2026 and Crl.M.P. (MD) No. 2151 of 2026 dated 02.02.2026 even a single time. Now, he has been arrested in another case and he is in jail. Hence, he seeks to cancel the bail granted to the petitioner.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Despite this Court passing an order in Crl.R.C.(MD).No. 2/4

187 of 2026 and Crl.M.P. (MD) No. 2151 of 2026 dated 02.02.2026 directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Assistant Sessions cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni, once in a month, the same has not been complied with by the petitioner even a single time.

5. Hence, the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C. (MD).No. 187 of 2026 and Crl.M.P. (MD) No. 2151 of 2026 dated 02.02.2026 is hereby recalled.
