This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his aged parents in any manner pertaining to matrimonial dispute, which is the subject matter of the civil suit, pending on the file of Sub- Judge, Kumbakonam in H.M.O.P. No. 109 of 2021.
