ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to survey his property situated in Survey Nos.426/2A and 426/13A, Periyakarpurampatti Village, Kambur Revenue Village, by considering his online application dated 15.03.2025.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Sukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that the subject property belongs to him and the revenue record stands in his name in patta No.2577. The petitioner's possession and right over the subject property has also been recognized by the civil Court in judgment and decree passed in O.S.No. 187 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif, Melur. The petitioner submitted an online application on 15.03.2025 in application No. 2025/0123/24/013286, seeking survey of the property. The same has

not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 15.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
