Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse gratuity amount due to petitioner with interest from the date of petitioner retirement till payment within a specific time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for a violation of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10963 of 2019, dated 19.11.2019, wherein, a direction was issued to the investigating officer to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy.

CONT.P.(MD)No.1356 of 2020 report was also filed, which was taken on file in C.C.No.322 of 2021 before the Additional Mahila Court, Judicial Magistrate Level at Nagercoil and the case is posted to 03.05.2021 for appearance of the accused. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this contempt petition.
