The Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w., 401 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure against the order, dated: 27/04.2021 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, in Crl MP.No.1089 of 2021 in C.A.No.58 of 2021 imposing a condition upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- before the trial court on or before 15/06/2021 to suspend the sentence imposed by the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, in C.C.No.138 of 2021, dated: 26.03.2021. Order : This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support there of and the earlier order of this Court, dated: 19.07.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Thiru M.Jothi Basu, Advocate for the respondent, this court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.R.C(MD)No.396 of 2021, dated 19.07.2021.
