This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This Court is modifying the order portion in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10133 of 2025 dated 22.09.2025, that in paragraph No.6, condition (b) shall be substituted as follows:

"[b] the first petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only), to the credit of Crime No.18 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receipt of entire amount, the learned Judicial Magistrate, shall deposit the said amount in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year and renew them periodically until the final order/Judgment is passed in the case in Crime No.18 of 2025. The learned Judicial Magistrate or Trial Court shall pass orders regarding entitlement of the said amount in its final order/Judgment."
