ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police to comply the order and file a report as per the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai in Cr.M.P.No. 1685 of 2021 dated 19.08.2021.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute the petitioner lodged a complaint against the accused persons. But, no action was taken. Therefore, the petitioner filed a private complaint before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai, in Cr.M.P.No.1685 of 2021. 2/4

Then, the first respondent was directed to conduct enquiry and register a case as against the accused persons. Since there is no action on the side of the respondent police, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police received a complaint lodged by the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No. 1685 of 2021, from the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai, and the same is pending.

4.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to take action upon the complaint lodged by the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.1685 of 2021, within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
