The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents herein not to harass the petitioner with a view to vacate the petitioner and her minor son from the 1st floor of the house situated in Door No.25, Muthamil nagar 2nd Street, P&T Nagar Extension, Maduri based on the complaint of the respondent Nos.5 and 6. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.

4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a criminal case is registered against the respondents 5 and 6 and they have not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

5. The learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6 would submit that the petitioner was originally staying with her parents at Sellur and with the help of the police, now she has occupied the first floor of the property at D.No.25, Muthaml Nagar 2nd Street, P&T Nagar, Madurai and they have not caused any harassment to the petitioner.
