O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Additional Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur to dispose of O.S.No.328 of 2010.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the trial of the case is substantially concluded, but after the Covid-19 lock down, the case is not getting listed for final disposal. He also added that the suit is also 10 years old and prayed speedy disposal of the suit.

3. This Court now directs the trial Court to dispose O.S.No.328 of 2010 within a period of three months at any rate not later than February, 2021.

4. This Civil Revision Petition is allowed, accordingly. No costs.
