PRAYER :- To set aside and modify one of the condition namely deposit of cash security of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh) as imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in his order granting bail to the petitioner/second accused dated 11.11.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.4909 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.4909 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- before the concerned Court.

CRL OP(MD). No.13483 of 2020 2..Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court finds no merits in the petition and the order dated 11.11.2020 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.4909 of 2020 does not require any modification.
