on condition that the the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2000/-(Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
