O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to impugned order in No.13107/Tha.Ku.4/2016 dated 17.08.2016 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently to grant 20 days leave (Parole) to the petitioner's husband namely Muthukumar who is undergoing sentence as life convict in Central Prison, Trichy to make an arrangement to provide necessary medical treatment to his parents.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner had already moved a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.2491 of 2016 and by order dated 07.06.2016, 6 days leave was granted to her husband and this material fact has been suppressed in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief as sought for by the petitioner and hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
