ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for the records and quash the complaint under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 which is pending in D.V.C.No.3 of 2023 on the file of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that an exparte order has been passed against this petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner has to file appropriate petition before the trial Court. Thereafter, only he can make file any application, for transfer.
