ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 403, 409, 477 A, 420 I.P.C., in Crime No.30 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.7,34,866/- from the customers, and one Mrs.Jayarani and Mrs.Jeba, who are said to have pledged their jewels in the branch office in earlier time and it is further alleged that after receiving the amount the petitioner is said to have contacted the Main office to the sub-treasurer cum locker in-charge to release and return their pledged jewels to the said customers and accordingly the said customers have got back their jewels and thus thereby the petitioner is said to have misappropriated and cheated the benefit fund to the above said tune of amount. Hence, the complaint.

4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.4 lakhs to the credit in Crime No.30 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this copy of the order and on such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
