2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and charge sheet filed and not taken on file.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10201 of 2022 on 10.06.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8825 of 2022 report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and appear before the concerned Court, on receipt of summons.
