The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to measure the property to the extent of 46.75 square meter with a house therein in Natham Manai Patta No.78 in Old Natham Survey No.612/1, Part Ku Pudhu Natham Survey No.791/7 at Kuttathupatti Village, Palamrajakka Patti Oorakattil, Dindigul district and fix the four boundaries of the same, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 04.04.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on records. 3.Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has already initiated proceedings to measure the property of the petitioner, based on his representation and it will be completed within a reasonable time.

4.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the measurement of the land of the petitioner, as per his representation, dated 04.04.2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. No costs.
