ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner against the life threat perceived from the respondents 4 to 14 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.06.2024. 2/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
