O R D E R

By the impugned order, direction has been given for identifying the illegally installed water connections. In fact, the impugned communication itself is a fallout of the order dated 19.09.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.21035 of 2018. This order by itself does not affect the petitioner's rights. As and when any disconnection order is issued, it is open to the petitioner to move this Court for appropriate relief if she is personally aggrieved.

2. With this liberty to the petitioner and with the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected MPs. are closed.
