PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 313 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 395 of IPC on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner on showing cycle chain the petitioner had taken away Rs.2100/- from the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner. He would also submit that the petitioner is in jail for nearly 23 days, hence he may be granted bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner on showing cycle chain the petitioner had taken away Rs.2100/- from the defacto complainant and the same was recovered from the petitioner. He would also submit that five previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
