ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to allot time slot to the petitioner and consequently register final decree dated 08.12.2003 of partition in O.S.No.226 of 2003 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam, based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.05.2025, and pass orders, in accordance with law.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
