ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 08.06.2015 in the light of the communication of the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.12812/2015 A7 dated 26.11.2015.
2. Heard both sides and perused the records carefully. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The petitioner is said to have filed a petition, dated 08.06.2015, before the first respondent/District Collector,
Thanjavur District, against the order of the third respondent/Tahsildar, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District, transferring patta in favour of one Anbazhagan. The above petition was transferred to the file of the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Thanjavur, in turn, the Revenue Divisional Officer, already sent a communication, dated 22.06.2015, to the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and submit a report to the second respondent. The third respondent also conducted an enquiry and submitted a report to the second respondent, on 24.11.2015. Now, the matter is pending before the second respondent.
4.In the above circumstances, the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Thanjavur, is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose of the above revision petition, after giving notice to the rival claimants, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
