PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 14 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file as S.C.No.182 of 2022, on 06.08.2022. The next hearing is posted on 12.09.2022.

2.On 05.08.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the mobile phone recovered from the petitioner was sent for laboratory examination and this Court directed the Additional Public Prosecutor to get instructions, with regard to stage of investigation. However, the respondent Police without filing any report, filed the final report before the concerned Court.

CRL OP(MD). No.14214 of 2022 3.Whatever it may be, now, in this case trial is going to be commenced. Hence, the petitioner can very well approach the trial Court for bail.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
