ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to change the petitioner's date of birth as 05.03.1979 instead of 03.06.1979 in the petitioner's Transfer Certificate and S.S.L.C. Mark Sheet based on petitioner's representation, dated 17.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that the competent Authority to make correction in respect of date of birth is the Director of Government Examination.

3. The Director of Government Examination, DPI Campus, College Road, 2/5

Chennai - 600 006, is suo motu impleaded as fourth respondent, who is the competent Authority to consider the request of the petitioner.

4. The representation, that has been given by the petitioner on 17.04.2025, is directed to be served to the newly impleaded respondent/fourth respondent herein.

5. The fourth respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks thereafter.
