PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action against the 3rd and 4th respondents for creating forged signature of the petitioner and sent a false report before the 1st respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2020.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to take action against the third and the fourth respondents for creating a forged document as if the petitioner has resigned from the job, based on the representation dated 11.07.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the second respondent submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the matter was compromised between the parties and a letter was also given by the petitioner in this regard before the Sub Inspector of Police, Kujiliyampalayam Police Station, Dindigul District and this letter was also placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
