Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.T.VADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.10(a) imposed on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of the Chairman/District Collector, District Mineral Foundation Trust of the concerned court without prejudice to his defence.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- instead of Rs.25,000/- to the above said trust. All other conditions in the said order, dated 08.05.2024, shall remain unaltered.
